Pine Bush, Wurtsboro & Middletown

Well its been a while..Quite frankly the market has been so busy in the Pine Bush, Wurtsboro and Middletown area that I've been working 10 hours a day 7 days a week. With mortgages still very low and prices falling, buyers are very active in an effort to catch the best deals now before prices go back up.
Since the beginning of the year, I have sold 11 houses and 2 pieces of land. Orange county has resumed being a bedroom community for NYC buyers. With terror threats rising again the familiar phone conversation about upstate school districts has returned. Basically, we are seeing a rise in families coming to our area for the schools and commuting to NYC for the wages. All in all, its still a very healthy market. Many of colleagues would dispute this, however. My feeling is this..if you work hard for people to find them houses, you WILL find them. If you work hard to sell your client's house you will sell it..
