Entry Level Market on Fire

Hey all..Even with the buzz all around the media that the real estate market is still at rock bottom, I have noticed over the past few weeks that all the foreclosures and short sales are being purchased. Today I did a search for a couple and found that only two of the nine houses that they were interested in were available. While foreclosures still plague the Orange,Ulster and Sullivan county area, it seems they aren't languishing on the market. In fact, bargain hunting home buyers are taking advantage of current conditions. If you know anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home in the Hudson Valley, please give them my name and number.
