Hi Folks...I recently was asked for more info regarding the USDA loans.. As long as the area you are buying a home in qualifies, you can get 100% financing fro the US Department of Agriculture. There are income guidelines, but they are pretty liberal. The main requirements are that it can't be in a city ie; Newburgh, Middletown and the place you are buying can't have luxuries such as an inground pool.
