Very Busy Market

Hey folks..haven't been able to do this for a while. The market is still quite good and I have had to spend a lot of time getting some people some homes. While house (and land) prices have dropped considerably, there is still a pool of good buyers waiting to be matched with educated sellers. What has happened is that buyers can be a little more selective in their approach to purchasing a house. With more houses to choose from, obviously prices of houses have to be more competitive or buyers won't even come to look at it. If your house is on the market now and you aren't getting showings, it because of one of two things: either your price is too high for the area, size or condition of the house, or...its not being properly advertised.
