The New Market

Well..its been a while. Mostly because I'm needing more hours than ever to complete transactions which inexplicably seem to have some kind of challenge every time. With lending restrictions becoming tighter and buyers becoming wary, transaction are tripping over red tape and anxiety issues as buyers want to know they are getting "the best possible deal". So, negotiations are becoming more difficult and problematic when trying to make all parties to the transaction happy. I'm happy to say though, I recently closed my 25th transaction for the year and have 8 coming together contractually.. So... houses are still selling and people are still buying..Its just getting harder for some Realtors as excess business becomes more and more scarce.
What this really means...its a great time to buy a house... prices in the Hudson Valley are stable and the lowest in years...Mortgage rates are still historically low and banks are going to compete for a good risk loan...by the way, I can help you get a house even if you have no idea how...right from the first phone call you need to make to the closing, I can guide you through the entire process...not an advertisement -just some info...
