Great Market

Well its been a while.. The realestate market has demonstrably slowed down and prices have dipped as well. So, how is this a boom for sellers as it has been for me? I just closed my twentieth transaction this year which gave me a number one agent rating in all four of the RE/MAX Benchmark offices. The reason...target advertising in a market where most REATORS have pulled their money out of advertising.
Also, having a premeir internet presence is paramount! I still see REALTORS holding open houses and broker luncheons without any turnout whatsoever.. Wake up people..no body goes to these things when they can save 10 dollars in gas and get all the info they need on-line. For me, the Orange County New York market has never been better!!!
