Post Obama Tax Credit

With all the worry about the real estate market falling off drastically after the tax credit expired, the market seems to be holding its own. Buyers are still buying and lenders are still lending. Its a little harder to get a loan, but I've been able to get just about every perspective buyer the loan they needed this year. There is still a lot of inventory on the MLS, but the lower priced homes are virtually dried up.
